Family, community involvement, and dedication to clients play a vital role in Michelle’s life. As the Client Service Manager, Michelle prides herself in delivering exceptional client service. She prioritizes attentive communication and active listening to thoroughly understand clients' needs and goals. By maintaining clear and transparent communication channels, Michelle ensured that expectations are consistently met and surpassed. She is dedicated to providing timely responses and proactive solutions, demonstrating reliability and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Through personalized attention and a proactive approach, Michelle strives to anticipate and address any concerns or challenges before they arise, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our clients. Prior to joining Middlebrook wealth, Michelle worked in the financial industry, most recently at Edward Jones. While at Edward Jones, she specialized in providing exceptional client service. Before that she managed several doctors offices in the Leesburg/Ashburn area. Michelle‘s career started on Capitol Hill, where she worked on the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. After leaving the Hill, she joined a boutique lobbying firm, where she worked as a federal lobbyist for nonprofit organizations, cities, towns, and counties for more than a decade. Her specialty was obtaining federal Congressional earmarks through the appropriations process for her clients.

As a Clarke county resident, Michelle spends her free time fiercely dedicated to her two teenage sons, as well as giving back to the Clarke County community through her various volunteer endeavors. She currently sits on the Town of Berryville Planning Commission (a role she’s dutifully served enjoyed since 2016). Most recently, Michelle served as president of Berryville Main Street, and continues to sit on the board. As president of Berryville Main Street she was responsible for the economic development and revitalization of the Town of Berryville‘s Main Street corridor. Michelle is an avid fan of hiking and spending time at the beach.
